I have been going to this ale house and sitting outside for years now. All because of the excellent service!! My girlfriend and I have been going for a while now and we love it. Everyone there is super nice and friendly but Joe and Rachel are our favorite bartenders by far. We actually live closer to a different ale house but have no problem driving the extra 10 minutes if we know they are working. When I go I will order one of three things. The big red, zingers, or the chicken philly. All very delicious. My girlfriend usually gets the French onion soup which is also very good. I don't know about all the other food but like I said we go for the service, always excellent!

Great place to grab a quick bite. The food has been pretty consistent the times I've gone. The Tuesday night Osso Bucco special is tender and flavorful. Mashed potatoes are super buttery, and fries are crisp. Green beans have been overcooked and suboptimal each time I've tried them, so I'm no longer ordering sides from here. The calamari appetizer is great, though I'd recommend getting the sauce on the side instead of drizzled over the top. Mozzarella sticks and potato skins are delicious. I tried their fried mushrooms (stuffed?) during an earlier visit and found them to be rather bland and unimpressive. Cocktails have been hit or miss in my experience, though I have to admit I don't drink too often so I'm not the best judge. I liked the taste of the last margarita I had, though it was on the weak side--alcohol normally gets to me within a few sips, so it was weird that I didn't feel anything that time. I'm not a beer person at all, so the only things I've had to drink here have been rather sweet and fruity. I'd like to try their ribs and burgers some time, as those often look good. I've heard good things about their zingers too, so that's on my list of things I'll eventually eat, lol.

This is my fourth time at Millers and sat outside everytime. They treat me like a regular already. They have all sports on and Hockey being the best when the Blackhawks win. Bartender Cleveland Joe knows what sports fan wants.

Great pub with fantastic food! Had the zingers w/honey BBQ and they were perfect! Ordered the fish and chips and fish tacos....oh my goodness..soooooo good! There was a rice and bean dish which came w/the tacos that was out of this world! Would definitely go back :)

Yeah I know I said I would never go back there but my nephew had already been back and so I finally went back last week using the gift cards they sent us for the prior disaster. I ordered the ribeye steak and certainly wasn't expecting steak house quality but it was pretty much all fat and gristle. Although this place does seem to have quite a following, I guess me and some places are just not meant to be. I am raising my overall rating however because they did take the time to apologize and make better the previous visit which was a celiac disease sufferer's worst nightmare.

Just what you would want and hope for - inexpensive food inexpensive beer clean atmosphere call music playing and lots of sports on the TV screens. There's a reason this place has been here for several years now and continues to Pack em in.

First time I have been here and the service was awful. The bartender Tim can't keep up and the bar is not full. Waited forever for steamed clams to find out they don't have any. Shouldn't servers and bartenders know this ahead of time.

Of all the Ale Houses this one is middle of the pack. The crowd is very suburban family, the food is passable, the general vibe is better than your average local drink hole. If you want s quiet family establishment, 1/2 star more should be added. The outside section is right on the parking lot, which is not the best spot to put the deck. The nachos are the classic bar style that many may like, but not this nacho guy. It's a pile of chips with a flood of cheese and chili on top. It makes for an outside shell of soggy chips and an interior of sad, dry chips. Needless to say, stick with the wings

I went to the Ale House yesterday to meet a friend I haven't seen in awhile. It was an overcast day so I decided to sit at the outside bar. I sat at a high top near the sidewalk. I ordered a Angry orchid. I love the type of Ale Not much of a beer drinker. I got it off tap so it was really cold and good. My buddy showed up about 15 minutes later and he ordered a bottle beer. After that he asked if they had the Sam Adams Octoberfest beer and they did. On this day we did not order any food. About an hour into the get together it started to rain heavily. The only reason I didn't give this 3 stars is because the service was exceptional for the time of day. The only thing that bothered me was that they did not lower the visors to make sure the rain did not hit us. My friend and I are pretty chill so we just moved to the bar. I have been to this ale house probably 20 times maybe 30 times and I would give this place an average of 4 stars on a regular basis. The food always seems to be good and the service is good probably 90% of the time. I would recommend this alehouse for lunch and late dinner or after a good 25 mile bike ride

I've been to Miller's a few times and haven't ventured too far on the menu. They have $5 zingers (chicken strips) on Tuesdays, and my co-workers and I tend to make it a cheap lunch for that reason. My favorite sauce is the hot. Five zingers for $5 is a pretty good deal and plenty of food. Served with celery and your choice of dipping sauce. Not the healthiest lunch, but you can't beat the price. The onion rings are also delicious (did I mention I head here for health reasons?), mostly because they're served with Cajun ranch. So good! The restaurant is huge. I can't imagine it ever fills up. I watched the World Series there because there weren't many places around showing it (who doesn't like the Kansas City Royals around here?). It's not a place I'd take out-of-town guests, but the food is consistent and the service is friendly.

One of two ale houses in boca and this one is definitely the nicer one in my opinion. They have a Nice outside bar area and it seems a lot more open and bigger inside. Usually always some sort of drink specials. A great yet packed place to come and watch sports. Food is mediocre. chicken nachos are an awesome giant sized starter or even meal depending on how many people eating. They can easily feed 3 people. They are known for "zingers" which is basically buffalo chicken strips. I am not a fan of their bone in wings. Quick solid bar food is what they specialize in.

Visited this restaurant tonight. Went to the outdoor bar. Sat down and waiting over 10 minutes for a beer, Immediately put in my food order (Fish n Chips). Food was delivered fast. Honestly the worst Fish n Chips i have ever had, Bland and tasteless. They give you a lot but I ate a couple of pieces and left the rest. Despite the bar area being quiet the bartender kept her head down and avoided eye contact with anyone to serve any drinks. Worst service I have had in a long time. I actually received my shitty food faster than I was served a drink. Impressive.....

We arrived at 6:20pm on Wednesday for lobster night. We were a party of 7 and we were offered a high table, which we declined. We were told it would be 30-35 minutes for a booth. 45 minutes later, the hostess told us that there was a high table available (she told us that she had us waiting for first available, when she was the one that we told we required a booth.). When we reminded her that we were told it would be 30 minutes for a booth and it was now more than 45 minutes she said " do you want me to build one?" She had a terrible attitude. Moments later, we overheard that they were out of lobster. We walked out,

Ate at this joint with fellow co worker for lunch. Had fish tacos. They were very good, not flavorful enough for my liking but I bet if I ordered them blackened they would be prime. Served with black beans and rice. Buddy had a turkey Reuben and said it was very good. They serve soda in these huge cups and keep refilling you every two minutes. I don't know if thats a good thing- remember Fuller, go easy on the pepsi. Good service, nice sports bar.

Again, just like my last review and just like the last 3 times i have been here...TERRIBLE service! I hope someone who gives a crap about this place is reading this because you need to know that you are literally missing out on MONEY. Last time i gave this place three stars, which is two stars too many because this place totally sucks. the waitresses are so miserable, cold, and bitchy..the female bartenders are no different..at least the male bartender actually gave me the water i asked the first girl for, she obviously had way more important things to do then to give me my water. i was there with a group of 10 people who all were disgusted by the low level of service...So then my friends and i all go outside so some of our friends could "enjoy" a cigarette, and it must have been time for us to leave because the staff turned the lights and fans off outside! I mean, come on people. I am just sooooo sick of getting terrible, childish service. Is this how you behave when you have NO ONE on your management staff who actually cares about customer service? Give me a break. Oh, and my Caesar salad that i always always get at this place was horrible and covered in too much dressing. I will never step foot in this place again, what a bad, last experience.

Typical ale house. Lot's of TV's, college students, football fans, beer, and bar food. Can't complain much, my friends and I come here often and we always have a good time. The food is nothing amazing but the atmosphere is nice. Service is pretty crappy too. You have to beg for a server to approach you if you're sitting at one of the higher tables, really annoying! Order the chicken nachos, but make sure you have at least 2 other friends to share it with. It's huge!

Stopped by for wings and a beer Wednesday night. Place was packed for mid week at 6 pm. Server was very prompt and friendly. We didnt need menus,.and ordered a couple of Coronas to go with our wings Our friendly server told us they now had Corona Light on tap, were we interested? We asked if it was really cold as the bottles, because tap beer can be tepid. She reassured us it was a big seller. The two drafts were wonderfully cold, and the chicken wings perfect. Not greasy, not dry. The downside? It would have been a nice gesture if we had been informed, instead of $5.95 per draft beer, we should have bought a BUCKET (five!) of Coronas for $15, instead of what we just paid!!! Maybe she thought two girls could only handle one beer each!

I work close by and go to the Ale House for lunch once or twice a week. The service is always great and the food is consistent. Nothing special about the burgers, but the blackened Mahi sandwich is very good. I order the key lime chicken salad at least once a week. One thing for sure, you can not turn your head without a TV in your field of vision. So it's a great place to watch sports.

We ate here last Thursday night. Yum. Had lobster. Tasty! Also had a delicious Red Ale. Service was quick and the place has multiple sports events on various TV's. Seating was comfortable and the server was very nice. I highly recommend this place. :)

My review is a little bias since this place sponsors my softball team but I do like this Ale House more than the West Boca Ale House(which used to sponsor my softball team) The staff is very friendly and they also offer outside seating. Food and Beer are great and affordable. The only thing I can say bad about this place is how packed it gets on Friday evenings. If you go there with a large group it is hard to get a table.

Dissappointing! To me the name "Ale House" conjures up something a bit more quaint than this overgrown sports bar. The menu consists of heavy, uninspired pub grub. Don't bother to get the fish tacos because they are nasty. The key lime pie was pretty good. On the upside they serve bucket-sized drinks and give free refills.

Before this location created its outdoor bar, my star rating would have been a 2. I'm really not much for the food here, which is not to say that it's not well-prepared since I've tried too little of it to know. I say 2 because it doesn't serve the kind of food I'd like to eat--too much bar food, fried food, and safe menu options. The outdoor bar, though, is lovely, elevating the score to 3 stars. On weekday afternoons when I visited on 3 occasions back in March and April (don't ask, don't tell), the breeze blew across the bar, the music wasn't too loud and I can't describe how pleasant it was to contemplate life over a 20 ounce Guinness poured from the tap by a friendly but not pushy bartender named Ashley. Even though the fireplace was obviously not in use, it provided a nice visual element that most bars around these parts do not offer. Above it hangs a sign reading "Port Clyde" which means nothing to me, but feels right in a way that I cannot explain. I visited recently on a Sunday night, trying to beat back the impending workweek gloom, and the bar was mobbed because, I later discovered, the Heat was about to play against the Celtics and this is a place people go to watch that sort of thing. As the game coverage started, all the TVs turned to basketball, one benefit of which was the killing of the annonying pop music that had been playing. The night bartenders differ from the day. The day bartenders always introduced themselves and encouraged me to interrupt if I needed anything. Not so with the night. In fits of hunger into my second beer, my friend and I decided to split an order of wings and our bartender, whose name I never learned despite calling him "Sir" a few times, almost left us our food without providing plates and napkins. We also had to beg for beer refills, which is odd since that seems to be the mainstay of a place like that. The one male and one female bartender that night were pleasant enough, but certainly not customer service minded, I would say. Then again, the bar was pretty busy, though never so much so that there wasn't turnover and the occasional pair of empty bar stools here or there. I imagine that there are busier nights than this one because the female bartender had time to talk about her brass knuckle gem-studded necklace to a customer who inquired about it. I will go back, especially in the daylight hours sometime. It's nice being outside, in the fresh air, and unlike outdoor bars near the water, it's in the area where I am every day. Parking's easy, Guinness is on tap, and in the afternoon, red house wine is $3 a glass. This Ale House is a reasonably priced indulgence in Boca.

This place is perfect for all of the following: Lunch: quick, easy, reliable, an on task Sports Event: many TV's around the entire restaurant. Stool tables, bar seating and pool tables make for lots of fun. Happy hour right after work: $1.00 margarita's and other drink specials I would not hesitate to come here!!

Great place for friends and football. Good place for drinks and only ok for food. I love my times here with the gang to watch football and we eat all the crap you eat because football is on. I never ordered Nacho's Wings aka Zingers and other huge app's for the family. The bar food is good but do not get adventurous with the menu. In all fairness a $7.99 Porterhouse is not supposed to be good. The fresh fish is good but after burgers and appetizers from the fryer you are really in dangerous waters. Go have fun drink your beers (With designated driver) and have fun. Do not go for epicurean enlightenment and you will do just fine. Remember steak is not meant to be good when it is under $10!

i used to love the ale house. but this one is just horrible. the food is never consistent. i always order my wings plain, 'well done' because sometimes, they would be raw. but lately, it's been either sauced, washed, and refried because they forgot that i wanted them plain, or fried till they are a cardboard. it's so ridiculous. i've also gotten the big red there too.. that is also often undercooked or overcooked. my co-workers and i go here at least once a week because it's close to the office. and everyone agrees. sometimes the stuff is good.. sometimes it's horrible.

This is a typical ale house with lot of TV' s, pool table and always a fun friendly atmosphere. They serve food till 1 am in the morning which is perfect and the best thing about the place is their food!!! The zingers are great and they have daily specials which are highly recommended. The place has some amazing drink specials and you can also get a double shot of captain morgans and Skye Vodka for 5 bucks!!!! I have heard people say that the service in the tables were slow and spotty at times but if you seat at the bar (which I do most of the times) the service is great and very attentive. Overall a great place to hang around where you always find a healthy mix of college goers, locals, business people and people from the service industry.

I may be the only one on this, but I think they have the best chicken fingers ever! I don't like fluffy chicken finger, so that's why I might like them so much. Other than that, the food is pretty average.

I like the place, but dont like the fact that rarely is space available. I am made to wait often for a seat. Sometimes the wait times can go upto an hour.

Prime rib wrap loaded with a ton of green peppers and onions. I picked them off and half the wrap was nothing but onions and peppers. They couldn't even cut off the big pieces of FAT, just put them in the wrap. Should gotten the blacken prime sandwich which is always good and easy to cut the fat off of. Waitress was so busy talking it was hard to get waited on, this maybe our last time here!

I love the Ale House! I come here every time I'm in town- I'm obsessed with the gigantic nachos and super-cheap drinks. Be warned: the nachos are WAY too much food for one person. Lots of drink specials, especially for for ladies- half priced all night, $2 drinks, etc.- you just have to go on the right night. I never wait in line here, and the atmosphere is typical sports bar. I like this Ale House better than the Glades Road one because it's newer and I never have a hard time finding parking. Waitstaff is always friendly and the service is great. It's a great place to watch the game or just hang out with friends.

Very large, newer sports bar with pool tables, tv's and jukebox on one side, and a large booth area on the other with a large bar in the middle. There is also good outdoor seating with TV's. The food is your typical good bar food, with some additional gourmet choices. This place is usually busy and parking can get tight.... but there's more parking out back.

We went for a lunch on Friday. It was a good place to go for lunch. The food was ok. No complaints. But took to long to get the food. If planning for quick lunch. Not an option. They also have good lunch specials everyday. Worth a try.

Flew into FLL and was desperate for something to eat at 12:30 AM. This place was a total surprise to the upside. The "world famous zingers" are actually really nicely done chicken fingers. I ordered Hot and was happy with them. Apple walnut salad was big and made with fresh greens. A great meal, waaay above diner quality, at a very tough hour for good food.

This is a fine place to hang out with friends and coworkers, without having the food get in the way. Miller's is safe. Not bad. Not great. It is one of a seemingly endless number of new restaurants with a big bar in the center and an endless number of big screen television sets. Food is the same as the rest: burgers, appetizers, the breaded chicken that is supposed to be the house special, beer.
(3)
Gabrielle A.
Sit at the bar outside. The girls are so nice tending the bar. Big TVs for sports viewing and the best chicken philly I've had outside of the northeast! We started with boneless wings and clam chowder which were both great too! This place is casual and serves late! I'll be back next time I'm in town for another chicken philly!

Had a very bad experience at this place. Got a lobster which was totally filled with black slime inside. Waited an eternity for the waitress to come back. After long wait I asked someone else. She felt it was disgusting and had to get someone else. No one ever showed up, waitress still not around. Asked a second person who also said that this didn't look good. Went to get the manager. Eventually he showed up apologized and offered me to get a new one or order something else. By then rest of my party was more or less finished eating. I ordered flatbread instead, which was not bad at all. The manager proudly told that he had deducted the slimy lobster from the check and only charged me for the flatbread. Like that was a big deal. Not a money issue, but rather a matter of principle. This experience ruiner our entire evening. I will never go back there.

The first time we ate there the food was good but this time it was terrible: ** The Mac & Cheese with shrimp and scallops was so salty I could not get down ** The French Onion soup was not hot, it was very salty and the consistency was like oatmeal. ** The guacamole dip was warm, and the chips were broken into little pieces. Too bad I can't find a Sports Bar as good as Duffy's.

IF you've been to one, you've been to them all. And I've even been to the one in Las Vegas. The food is consistently mediocre, priced fairly, with decent service. Service when seated at the bar tends to be much better. They have a vast selection of 'bar favorites', from salads to sandwiches to wings. Miller's typically has great HH or drink specials AND they have a million TVs! So, if you're looking to watch a game this is a great spot. Additionally, this one has outside seating which is rather unusual for the Florida based ones. Lastly, they have lunch specials that change throughout the week for like $4.95 which is really hard to beat! I've been 20 times and I'll go back 20 more times.

Fun place, blah food. Everything looks good on the menu but nothing is very good. How hard is it for a sports bar to make crispy fries! Do the really have to be soggy every time? Otherwise very average but it's always crowded so they must be doing something right, just not the food.

Mid-week dinner with a business associate. For the most part Ale House's are pretty cookie cutter and this location was no exception. No exception except for one thing, our waiter thought I ordered both the Asian Chicken Salad & Zingers when in fact I had only ordered the Zingers. When both plates arrived I'm sure by my raised eyebrows he could tell something was wrong Once I explained that I didn't order salad he said he would take it back, no problem I'll take it for lunch tomorrow. The fact that they offered to take back the salad warrants an extra star. The Zingers were delicious and the spinach dip was some of the best I've ever tasted. Oh yeah, $2.00 16oz. PBR's.......

Love miller's been consistently going there for a few months. Big fan of the drink specials, always consistent and lovely, fun and entertaining service. Best spot to watch sports any day of the week (works for me cause it keeps my boyf entertained). The calamari is my favorite! Especially when they don't over sauce it. Tonight we tried the spinach dip and loved it! I am also a huge mozz fan and was excited that there was an equal breading to mozz ratio! Can't wait for next time I want to be an unhealthy sports fan!

This place is pretty cool inside with space and TV ' S everywhere. My issue is the seats hurt your ass after 10 minutes and the food here SUCKS!!!!! I got a build your own burger with bacon and it tasted super strange. Figured out it was bad grease from the grill after my friend tasted it! NASTY! The chicken nachos were no better! HUGE pile of chips but they burried the cheese and chicken and good stuff under this mess. It was super dry with no beans or sauce and it was just so damn dry! WTH??? This place should be money....... instead.....they just take your m I ney! Major disappointment!

Came here kinda late because it was one of the only places still open. I got the bistro burger which is served on a ciabatta bread. They bread was stale and hard and I think they squeezed all the juices out of the meat but I was starving and I ate it. It would've been a good burger if the bread was fresh. Maybe if I went earlier in the day, the food would've been better. They did have a dessert I wanted to try which has peanut butter in it so I will go back to try that.

Miller's always hits the spot. Great burgers, good beer deals, and the Zinger chicken fingers are to die for. What more can a man ask for? My suggestion is the Zinger mountain, something like that, it comes with a pile of loaded fries and Zinger chicken fingers with great sauce. Definitely a challenge for one person to finish (but doable haha). Never had any complaints about the service and the atmosphere is fun. 5 stars

Brandee S.
This is your typical Ale House. Roomy, lots of TV's, typical bar food and drinks. I went there on a Friday night with my friends' softball team. Most of the teams from nearby Spanish River Park come here after their games so there were about 50 players here. I have found all Ale Houses to be consistent. I only ordered one drink last night a mango mojito. When the waitress brought it to me it was clear, not an orangeish color like it should be. I asked her if it was mango and she told me that the bartender said it was and that I should try it. I did, and it was a regular mojito. She brought it back to the bartender and soon afterwards brought me my orangeish colored mojito which was delicious. Kind of an embarrassing and obvious mistake for a restaurant/bar establishment like this.

There's nothing at Miller's that wows you. It's all quite average and that's not bad. There were nine of us tonight. For drinks several of us had the margaritas. There was little alcohol in them and so that was disappointing but then again in my experience at other restaurants not unusual. On the table there were ribs, burgers, filet mignon, salmon and chicken. I asked around the table how each diner would rate their meal. The ribs received four stars, the salmon two. I tried the burger and the chicken. Both were average. The service was five stars and so had the food and drinks been better I would have given four stars.

Seemed dirty. Food was subpar. Service was okay. Don't think I'll go back to this particular Ale House in the future. I've been to others, that weren't this bad.

Visiting family, we decided on this place for dinner, have been here before and had a craving for some fish and chips. Mike our server came and got our drink order, then asked if we need a few more minutes (standard), of course we did. But he seemed already irritated by that. So after a bit we finally ordered, which include appetizers, the meal comes but no appetizers, We say "what happened to them", "Oh, sorry did you still want them?" And brings them "Sorry, these are free..." Then we let him know that he forgot dressing for salads, sauces for other meals. Minutes pass, no dressing, no sauces, we ask one of the passing hostess, "Sure, no problem", more minutes pass, nothing, finally they arrive, but that was the last we saw of Mike, until "Would you like your bill?" What no upsale of desserts or coffee, did you need to turn the table? There was no waiting line for a table. Not the best dining experience for a place with just an okay menu, will have second thoughts next time when it comes to my fish and chips cravings.

Where the heck can you get awesome food at 1am? I used to think nowhere. Now I KNOW the answer is Miller's Ale House. Delicious NY strip steak - better than the $50 one I got at JGilberts this weekend (CT) but for only $18. Joe the server was the man.

Typical sports bar, always packed, lots of televisions, typical bar food. If you're in a large group, make a reservation for one of the pool table tops. It's crazy that I've been here probably 10 times in 2 years, but I really don't care for these types of bars. I mean, they are what they are, you can find them in any city, and there's nothing special about them. Whenever I'm with a large work group, it seems everyone wants to go here, and all of a sudden I'm a regular!

Miller's Ale House is an excellent option when you're looking for good food, a decent selection of beer, and plenty of TVs to watch whatever sporting event/s interest you. I especially like their Zingers (served dry with sauces on the side), turkey burgers, and grilled mahi sandwiches.

Wow horrible service never coming here again all it took was one time, got a horrible server, she would make faces every time we asked her questions about the menu, when my friend would speak to her she would ignore him because of his accent I guess. The table was all wet bc she did not bother to bring napkins, and when it was time to go we asked for takeout boxes and she brought small ones that didn't fit all the food.

Im giving this place 4 because of the feel, zingers, great drink specials, and good service. Not necessarily because of the food quality, since its about average. BUT you can't beat the large open bar and mostly friendly faces. Last time I went there though, there was this one girl who worked there, not sure what was her position wearing all black (and extra short shorts), while everyone was wearing football jerseys. She was being quite obnoxious and inappropriate but we tried to tune her out. We've only ever sat at the bar at this spot, so I can't really comment on the server's service! Overall though, good spot!

I've ordered their Zingers Melt and it is to die for!!! It's excellent EVERY TIME!!! The size can feed up to 3 people all for a little over $10! You can't beat it! Tip order with extra buffalo sauce.

Work close by, so have been here many times mostly for lunch. Food is very good, especially for what the price. Some of the best options: Zingers (fried breaded chicken breast) Smoked fish dip Chili Meatloaf (lunch special once a week) Lunch specials in general are amazing - low price, good food, very fast Some things to be aware of: Salads are sometimes not very fresh - it varies Soups can be salty It can take a while to be seated at lunch on Fridays in particular

So I've eaten here two nights back to back. The first night I had the bohemian mahi mahi. It was flavorful and well prepared and the fact it is served in a foil broil bag tickles this certain nostalgia bone of mine. Tonight I had the "porterhouse" steak. I'm going to correct the statement right now. It's a T-bone. When you cut the fillet off it is no longer considered a porterhouse. The meat was cooked perfectly to my taste (medium rare). I wish they would have done something with it. Even a little olive oil, and salt and pepper would have made this 3 star rating a four star. The steak tasted as if it was prepared bare. No rub, seasoning, or oil. The atmosphere is fun, and there is sometimes some eye candy (fellas). I was a bit dissatisfied at the bar. Very slim cocktail knowledge from the youngsters serving drinks and I don't think I've ever been to a bar in my life that hasn't had bitters.

I love this place! They always have great food & great drinks! I have loved everything I have ordered here, from zingers melt to mahi mahi and even their captain jack's desert is delcious! I did get the fish & chips once, I did not enjoy it and they were very amiable and brought me something else to eat. If you are in a rush, call in your order to go.

Been here a handful of times ..1 for the superbowl and then the other night for drinks with friends for some march madness games. Superbowl..hmm..not sure if I really enjoyed the whole pay $50 for all you can eat/drink. The buffet was never really kept up and there weren't really any healthy options. The salad was wilted..dressing really should be on the side on a buffet. We had this really drunk guy bothering our table for about 2 hours. It got really old fast. When i finally asked management to step in a get him away they weren't really that helpful. Instead they allowed him to keep ordering drinks...ugh. The other night for MArch madness...service was awesome (..thanks to our waiter Lucas) and food was good...its typically bar food IMO. Wish the dessert I ordered wasn't defrosted from the freezer..it was pretty much inedible. But, I don't go here for the food..I really like the atmosphere for drinks/sports. So, yeah, I will still go again and again, but not expecting a high class awesome meal

Salmon was dry, mushy, and tasteless. This is hard to do when ordered blackened. Service was indifferent. When I asked to speak to a manager they could not find one. When he finally showed up he was apologetic and offered to comp the meal. Surprising for this restaurant. They usually do a good job.

Great place for some beer and wings. This place has some great American food.

Average at best. We both got pasta dishes and both were mushy and way too salty. Good onion rings though. Server seemed rushed but did refill our drinks which is all too important and a basic requirement in my book. I'm actually surprised at the high star rating this place has received? Maybe we hit it on an off night?.

The food was amazing. Our server michelle was the best ever. Will be returning soon and requsting her again. Thanx michelle and ale house.

Good place to have some comfort food and drink beer while watching a game. Not touristy, not hip, just a decent casual place to eat and drink. Very similar feel to Flanagan's (aka Guppies) in Boca..

There are tons of reviews here so I will keep it short. If you want a place that combines dozens of SPORTS TELEVISION FEEDS with a good drink at a bar, good lunch or dinner meal, good game of billiards, good outside bar then this is your place. Perfect for business lunches, family dinners, and casual dining.

I met Dale, Sherri, Joey and Dylan for a late dinner at this place a few weeks ago. No special occasion. I got there a little early and I only had to wait a couple of minutes before they arrived. They have a few high top tables and a bunch of attached booths which this fat man found way too small. It's your typical ale house type atmosphere with the addition of a few pool tables. There was a very friendly atmosphere and I chose to wait before ordering anything until the others got there. They have an extensive menu with all the typical sports bar finger type foods with the addition of several more substantial meals including a few steak/seafood/pasta selections so it's easy to bring the family for a nice dinner out. The place is kid friendly so Dylan and Joey both enjoyed our dinner. I ordered a hamburger and found it to be as good as you get at most places. The fries were good and I really enjoyed the Hank's Diet Root Beer which I haven't found any place else. This place is worth the trip and I think you will enjoy it. Be sure to tell them that you read about it here.

I order food at night here and they always tend to screw up my order. I am sitting here fourty minutes after I placed my order and twenty minutes after my waitress - Michelle promised it would be ready. They are not busy right now, so my order was just forgotten...

Their menu is surprisingly impressive considering it's a bar. I come here all the time with Thais A. and our friends from school. I always try to get their Zinger melt fries: chicken tenders with buffalo sauce (no garlic sauce- too greasy!), fries, covered with cheese! You can't really go wrong with that combination... We also get their chicken nachos, which is pretty good, too. I remember having their burger once or twice and I was very happy with it! Their service is decent, it usually takes a while for them to come to our table. Also, they don't have many drink specials so if you're looking for somewhere to just drink, go to Bru's Room after 10pm instead! The Ale House is another rare place in Boca that's open 'til late and serves food so we keep on coming back almost every week!

Steak was cooked well but food was bland. Steamed oysters were very, very overcooked. Was offered a side they didn't have and found out after all the food was brought out. I guess they may have had new people that day. An extra star because they tried to fix things.

I haven't been here on a weekend so this place might be a mighty fun bar but my three star review is based strictly on the burger. My buddy who lived here was hyping up the burger to no end. Now here's it gets tricky 5 - 10 years ago that might have been a good burger at a bar. But now bars, restaurants, and every where else under the sun has brought their A game when it comes to burgers. Some Jersey Diners and places like this who still get their burgers in patties (not hand made) just got left in the dust. Attention was paid to the crispiness of the bacon and to make sure the cheddar was melted properly so they get mad points for that. Here's the thing the burger I had this one particular time at Miller's Ale House was up to the standards of like a 3 am you pick the town Jersey Diner. So not all that bad. But the burger game has changed.

Food is about a 3 for the most part but has great ribs and oysters. Great beer menu, great staff, I'm a regular with the outside bartenders/waitresses. Can get busy busy at happy hours especially Fridays.

Pretty good environment! Came here a few times with the FAU athletics hype group! A couple days before football games, one section becomes a pep rally for the team event with food specials, excited Owl fans and those listening to Coaches talk about the game to come :) I really like the salad, I know of all things to like in an ale house but it is good. The house salad was fresh: crisp lettuce, red onions, juicy tomatoes and with a little pepper, no need for dressing. The zingers are pretty good, came here for a mini reunion with some FAU friends for an alumni event. Great time as well, waitress was on top of drink refills but didn't hover over us which was good. Check the site for daily specials on Mondays- Thursdays!

Decided to have a quick bite to eat on Sunday before going to the movies. When entering there were several hostess / waitress standing up front and none of them acknowledged us. They kept going on with their own conversations amongst themselves until I said "hello".. Then they look at each other and couldn't decided who's turn it was to seat us. Finally we got to the table and the waiter was actually nice and friendly. The whole restaurant is surrounded with TVs and a few pool tables. The bar in the center of the restaurant is really cool. Over all it is a very spacious place although not many people there on a Sunday. After looking at the menu I decided to have fish tacos because I have heard they were really good there and my friend had smoked chicken quesadillas. My fish tacos were not all that great. The quesadillas were better. When we were done we were trying to look for the waiter so we could make it on time to watch the movie and we couldn't find her. I was disappointed at the service. Hopefully if I decided to go again it will be a better experience.

(5)Charee T.
Great pub with fantastic food! Had the zingers w/honey BBQ and they were perfect! Ordered the fish and chips and fish tacos....oh my goodness..soooooo good! There was a rice and bean dish which came w/the tacos that was out of this world! Would definitely go back :)
(4)Lenny K.
(2)DJ B.
Just what you would want and hope for - inexpensive food inexpensive beer clean atmosphere call music playing and lots of sports on the TV screens. There's a reason this place has been here for several years now and continues to Pack em in.
(5)Patty M.
First time I have been here and the service was awful. The bartender Tim can't keep up and the bar is not full. Waited forever for steamed clams to find out they don't have any. Shouldn't servers and bartenders know this ahead of time.
(5)Tim S.
(3)David A.

(4)Gina P.
(3)Michael E.

(1)Thais A.
It's huge!
(3)Sharon M.
(3)John R.
Love coming to ale house once a while, the food is great for a bar and a great place to watch games
(3)Ed M.
(4)Tony G.
We ate here last Thursday night. Yum. Had lobster. Tasty! Also had a delicious Red Ale. Service was quick and the place has multiple sports events on various TV's. Seating was comfortable and the server was very nice. I highly recommend this place. :)
(5)Christopher H.
(4)Ilene B.
(2)Lynn P.
(3)Lanie R.
(3)Dustyn S.
Always have a good time here. Food can be good but also not so good at times- it's a bar... The new outdoor bar is a nice touch too.
(4)James M.
Great place to relax and good food also. Great atmosphere.
(4)Gary S.
(3)Yi L.
i used to love the ale house. but this one is just horrible. the food is never consistent. i always order my wings plain, 'well done' because sometimes, they would be raw. but lately, it's been either sauced, washed, and refried because they forgot that i wanted them plain, or fried till they are a cardboard. it's so ridiculous. i've also gotten the big red there too.. that is also often undercooked or overcooked. my co-workers and i go here at least once a week because it's close to the office. and everyone agrees. sometimes the stuff is good.. sometimes it's horrible.
(2)Kolbos C.
(4)Kevin S.
Over past 3 months the most consistently good food and service in the area...if you like palace with a buzz...go there
(5)Zack G.
I may be the only one on this, but I think they have the best chicken fingers ever! I don't like fluffy chicken finger, so that's why I might like them so much. Other than that, the food is pretty average.
(4)Jose A.
I like the place, but dont like the fact that rarely is space available. I am made to wait often for a seat. Sometimes the wait times can go upto an hour.
(3)Tom S.
(2)Suzanne G.
(4)Kim B.
This place has AMAZING zingers and the beer is really good.
(5)Corey C.
i love this place. great food and a great atmosphere. the big red and loaded fries are my favorite.
(5)matthew M.
(3)Chili A.
We went for a lunch on Friday. It was a good place to go for lunch. The food was ok. No complaints. But took to long to get the food. If planning for quick lunch. Not an option. They also have good lunch specials everyday. Worth a try.
(3)Victoria P.
Food is disgusting management is sorry there are so many better restaurants in Boca don't waste your time with this one
(2)Brendan R.
(5)Roger M.
(3)Gabrielle A.
(4)Hans B.

Late night appetizers are discounted. There are only a few appetizers that are not included in the happy hour. Server was great and attentive!

5 stars

(5)Tara J.
(3)Eschel H.
Miller's Ale House is an excellent option when you're looking for good food, a decent selection of beer, and plenty of TVs to watch whatever sporting event/s interest you. I especially like their Zingers (served dry with sauces on the side), turkey burgers, and grilled mahi sandwiches.

Best Nachos Ever.

(1)Lisa B.
Excellent service provided by Joe the bartender! The lunch specials I tried were just okay. Not bad. Not great. Nothing memorable. I would go back for the service though.
(4)Amanda B.
Its loud but a great place for some good food, and I enjoy their 35 shrimp
(5)Geoff H.
Great place! Amazing outdoor bar. Food is ok but the staff is great! I would for sure go back if given the chance.
(4)Lyn M.

Good pub grub at decent prices. Daily specials are a good value. Can be a wait during season and big game days. Going to the super bowl party should be a blast.
(4)Tenisha E.
I've ordered their Zingers Melt and it is to die for!!! It's excellent EVERY TIME!!! The size can feed up to 3 people all for a little over $10! You can't beat it! Tip order with extra buffalo sauce.
(5)Dave T.

(2)Adam C.
Great place for some beer and wings. This place has some great American food.
(5)Harry S.
Average at best. We both got pasta dishes and both were mushy and way too salty. Good onion rings though. Server seemed rushed but did refill our drinks which is all too important and a basic requirement in my book. I'm actually surprised at the high star rating this place has received? Maybe we hit it on an off night?.
(2)Grant R.
The food was amazing. Our server michelle was the best ever. Will be returning soon and requsting her again. Thanx michelle and ale house.
(5)Bill M.
Good place to have some comfort food and drink beer while watching a game. Not touristy, not hip, just a decent casual place to eat and drink. Very similar feel to Flanagan's (aka Guppies) in Boca..
(4)Bill S.

(1)Guil M.
(4)Amber G.
